We are currently looking for people for the following positions:

Consulting position with engagements typically in the 1 to 2 years range
Dallas and Chicago area clients – must be local candidates
Perform the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of large-scale enterprise solution architectures.
Design and lead the implementation of solution architectures based on requirements and IT strategies.
Consult with application and infrastructure teams as necessary to develop the architecture.
Document all solution architecture design and analysis work.
Work closely with the project managers to ensure alignment of architectural tasks.
Note: This is not an application architect or a developer position. This position does not involve development or directly leading developers.

Absolutely must be self-motivated and hardworking. Only apply if you are part of the “A” team and make things happen versus letting others take the lead!
Must have good, easy to understand English verbal skills. As a solution architect, you will need to lead many meetings in person and on conference calls.
You must have the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical individuals and executive management.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a solution architect.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a solution architect in the architecture organization of a large company. (Company must have had a dedicated architecture organization and you must have been a member of it.)
Minimum 10 years of overall IT industry experience.
Minimum 2 years of insurance or financial company experience
Significant past experience as a programmer or infrastructure engineer.
BS degree in computer science or engineering
Strong understanding of the following:

Data modeling and/or object-relationship modeling experience
You will need to provide references and sample work products and part of the interview process.
